These are not your grocery store cakes ! .The art of Fondant cake decorating originated in Europe and is rapidly taking off here in the USA.Fondant is a sugar based icing that gives the cake a satin smooth finish and we make our own Fondant.The shapes and forms it can take are endless.We can create that unique cake for that special event or special someone .We can personalize the cake with items that are special to you .You are sure to impress that party attender or weeding guest or bride.We have many cakes on Display for you to see out at our Restaurant located inside the I.R.Cheap Outlet Mall.It is located just off 66 twards Gatlinburg and is directly behind the Smoky Mountain Knifeworks .We are inside the I.R.cheap mall .You can see wedding cakes ,birthday cakes ,holiday cakes .We will do our very best to get it just how you want it to look .These cakes take many many hours to create and require a 7-10 day advance notice .They are sold by the serving and are $3.75 per serving with a 25 seving minimum.We are also now doing Holiday Christmas and Thanksgiving Cakes too !
