General Purpose of Job
To coordinate building and equipment installation / improvement projects set forth by EAC. Manage individual project assignments from start to finish including original project budgets and concept drawings as well as monitoring project cost, communication flow, scheduling, and coordinating all activities to achieve the desired quality and engineering standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential duties and responsibilities described below are subject to management discretion and may be changed at any time based upon corporate need or reasonable accommodation. Other duties may be assigned by the supervisor of this position.

§ Develop engineering specifications/standards for plant support systems such as electrical, water, gas utilities, plant / office cooling, etc.
§ Provide CAD and manual drafting support for line installations / plant support systems.
§ Support the development of maintenance programs for buildings and grounds general building maintenance, and recommends corrective actions.
§ Assist and direct the activities of assigned construction related projects, departmental moves, and capital equipment re-allocations/additions.
§ Provide cost estimates and project coordination of assigned plant and maintenance improvements.
§ Coordinate outside contractors, suppliers, purchasing materials and services required for completion of assigned responsibilities.
§ Provide technical support for various plant operations such as electrical, water, gas utilities.
§ Assist in the preparation of capital budgets, expense budget and equipment justifications.
§ Continually evaluate equipment and processes for new technologies and industrial trends to improve the company’s bottom line.
§ Continually look for new energy saving ideas which can be implemented throughout the all operations.
§ Provide project support to other departments such as manufacturing, safety, and environmental.
§ Develop and oversee contracts for outside services for maintaining plant equipment and grounds.
§ Support Safety/Environmental/Facilities department with all operation regulatory compliance requirements.
Education and/or Experience
Associate or Bachelor's degree with related work experience or relative years of related experience.
