Essential Duties and Responsibilities

§ Setup, program & machine on Wire E.D.M.
§ Machine parts complete from drawings, sketches or verbal instructions to close tolerances (.005mm).
§ Support of team members to achieve team goals (Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety, and Morale).
§ Full support of 5S5T program.
§ Complies with applicable Exedy America Corporation policies and procedures.

Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

* Must have or are pursuing an Associates degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical; or 3-5 years Quality experience, preferably in automotive manufacturing.
* Minimum 3 yrs. experience on Wire E.D.M. & at least 4 yrs. experience in a tool & die machine shop environment.
* Must be able to program manually & with CAD CAM.
* CMM experience is desirable.
